ledgex books was created with the intention of helping small business owners spend less time worrying about their finances and more time doing what they do best. with a heavy professional background in accounting, economics, and business administration from pennsylvania state university, starting this business went without question. at the heart of this business lies integrity, honesty, and consistency. compassion, understanding, and self-responsibility in any professional partnership are also key tenets ledgex books prides itself in facilitating and maintaining.

we conduct a productive discovery call that lays the groundwork for a successful partnership between you and our company. this includes learning about where we can best help you in your business and explaining the services we offer
MEETING

we always enjoy meeting potential clients at their offices, a local coffee shop nearest them, or virtually! we explain our deliverables we guarantee our clients, what we regularly request from our clients to perform our services, and answer any pending questions
SIGN CONTRACT

5-10 minutes
once we learn about your business, explain our process and collectively agree on a price that suits both your company and ours, we sign a contract and begin working together
SET-UP

once we officially start working together, we immediately begin gathering all necessary information to establish your books and get your company set-up. typically, and with full client cooperation, this process can take anywhere from 1-7 days

once all information is gathered and your books are up to speed, we will regularly monitor and manage your books, reach out to you ongoing, and send you financial reports consistently
